Professional statement

I’m a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life they want to be living. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and patterns that may be holding them back from moving forward.
My approach is direct, supportive, and rooted in helping you reconnect with your sense of purpose and direction. I believe that while challenges are a natural part of life, you don’t have to face them alone. Together, we’ll work to better understand what you’re experiencing, identify what’s keeping you feeling stuck, and build a path toward greater clarity, confidence, and fulfillment.
I aim to create a space where you feel heard, motivated, and supported in making meaningful changes that align with the life you want to live.

Message to clients

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself lately, you’re not alone. It can be exhausting to keep pushing through when something inside is asking for a change, even if you’re not sure what that change looks like yet.
In our time together, we’ll create a space where you can pause, breathe, and start to sort through what’s been weighing on you. You don’t have to come in with a clear plan or the “right” words—I’ll meet you wherever you are. Some days may feel lighter, others a bit harder, and that’s part of the process. We’ll take it step by step in a way that feels manageable and real for you.
More than anything, I want you to feel supported, understood, and a little less alone in what you’re going through. When you’re ready, we can start there, together.
