Professional statement

Jessica Ann Chmielewski is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Women’s Wellness Therapy, a boutique therapy practice serving women across Massachusetts. She works with high-functioning women who may appear to have it all together on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, life transitions, relationship stress, self-esteem challenges, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed. Jessica also has experience supporting women navigating fertility challenges, postpartum adjustment, and evolving identity across different stages of adulthood.

Jessica’s approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, while also providing practical tools clients can apply in their daily lives. She believes therapy should feel both supportive and empowering — a space where clients can slow down, gain clarity, build healthier patterns, and reconnect with themselves in a more compassionate way. Her work integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

In addition to her private practice work, Jessica brings over a decade of clinical experience across medical and mental health settings, including hospitals, behavioral health programs, and the VA healthcare system. Her background has shaped a holistic understanding of the connection between mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Clients often describe her style as grounded, approachable, thoughtful, and easy to connect with.

Jessica offers virtual therapy sessions throughout Massachusetts, as well as limited in-person appointments in the Boston, MA. She strives to create a therapeutic experience that feels personalized, meaningful, and accessible, helping clients feel supported as they navigate both everyday stressors and deeper emotional challenges.

Message to clients

Many of the women I work with are used to being the ones who hold everything together, yet internally feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Therapy can be a space to slow down, better understand patterns that are no longer serving you, and develop more sustainable ways of coping, relating, and caring for yourself.

I specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, postpartum challenges, relationship stress, and body image concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, integrating insight-oriented work with evidence-based strategies to help clients feel more grounded, supported, and connected to themselves.

Even if things feel heavy right now, therapy can help create greater clarity, self-understanding and emotional relief. Many clients find that with support, they are able to reconnect with themselves in ways that feel more manageable, sustainable and hopeful. Let's get started working together to build healthier patterns, greater self-compassion and a stronger sense of balance in your life.

If it feels like we might be a good fit, please send me a message through Zencare. From there, we will work to book your complimentary consultation/introduction call. I look forward to connecting with you and learning how I can best support your needs.
