Professional statement

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, I support individuals through meaningful change. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Richmont Graduate University and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) in Community Counseling from the University of West Georgia.

My passion is helping women navigate life transitions—whether you’re moving into a new season after divorce, starting a new career, adjusting to a big move, beginning college, or rebuilding your sense of self after years of putting everyone else first. I also specialize in supporting women recovering from narcissistic abuse as they reconnect with their inner voice, reclaim their confidence, and create a life that feels grounded and authentic.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused strategies, and humanistic principles to help you identify what’s holding you back and build practical steps toward the life you want. I believe you are the expert on your own story—my role is to walk alongside you with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based tools.

If you are ready to rediscover your identity, strengthen your emotional resilience, and step confidently into your next chapter, I would be honored to support you.
