Jessica focuses on creative expression through art, journaling, collaging, play and grounding tools. She supports clients (and their families) with building coping skills, problem solving strategies, communication tools and facilitates exploration of creativity, compassion, and curiosity. Her approach supports clients to be more present, more confident, more assertive, and more connected.
Jessica earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston College, with a focus area in mental health with extra certification in trauma and immigration and refugee populations. Jessica's experience with in-home crisis work and case management is foundational to her approach as an outpatient therapist.
