Professional statement

Hi, I’m Jessica, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, and periods of uncertainty or feeling stuck. I understand that difficult life experiences can leave you feeling overwhelmed or unsure of your next steps, and my goal is to support you in finding clarity, direction, and a stronger sense of self.
My approach is compassionate, honest, and strengths-based. I focus on helping you uncover your inner resilience while working through the challenges that may be getting in the way of the life you want. I also welcome conversations around spirituality for those who find it meaningful, and I strive to create a space where all parts of your experience feel respected and supported.

Message to clients

You don’t have to go through this alone. Life can feel confusing or heavy at times, especially when you’re trying to figure things out on your own.
In our work together, we’ll take the time to understand what you’re going through while also focusing on how to move forward in a way that feels right for you. I’ll support you in building greater self-awareness, strengthening your confidence, and developing tools that help you feel more grounded and in control.
This process is not about having all the answers right away—it’s about taking small, meaningful steps toward becoming the version of yourself you want to be. If you’re ready to begin that journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
