Professional statement

We all have times in our lives when things are tough and it's ok to reach out for help. I have been assisting men and women struggling with issues of depression, anxiety, and trauma for over a decade, and I'm confident that I would be able to assist you in making the change in your life that you want, when you're ready.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who utilizes a person-centered approach consisting of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Therapies, and Mindfulness to center the methods around the needs of the individual to help them to achieve their goals.

I know what it's like to struggle, and I have taken steps to improve my life, as well as to help others improve theirs. Please feel free to email me for inquiry, as I will have an easier time getting back to you quickly, thank you! I greatly look forward to hearing from you.
