Message to clients

My own experiences in therapy changed my life. My time in therapy gave me hope to continue and I was amazed how one person could provide that for another. I hope to create a welcoming and safe environment for you to feel comfortable logging on and talking about whatever is coming to mind. I strive to lead by example and demonstrate the power of empathy. If I am able to show you empathy, then maybe you can give yourself some empathy too.

Julia Girzadas has a Master’s in Social Work from Stony Brook University. Julia is a Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW 120918 at Cerebral. Supervised by Amanda Laukant, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW 089101.
