Professional statement

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and the lasting impact of domestic violence. I approach therapy with deep respect for each person’s story and believe in creating a space rooted in compassion, curiosity, and non‑judgment.
My work is grounded in a belief that you are more than any diagnosis or label. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based work, while tailoring each session to what you need most in the moment. Whether we’re building coping skills, unpacking patterns, or problem-solving a current stressor, our work will be thoughtful, flexible, and centered on your goals.

Message to clients

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many of the people I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin—and that’s completely okay.
My role is to meet you where you are and help you make sense of what you’re experiencing at a pace that feels right for you. Some days we may focus on practical tools to help you get through the week; other times, we may slow things down and explore deeper patterns or experiences. Therapy with me is not one‑size‑fits‑all—it’s shaped around you.
If you’re looking for a space where you can be open, feel supported without judgment, and work toward meaningful change in a way that feels manageable, I’d be glad to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
