The Women’s Center for Behavioral Health (formerly The Women’s Center for DBT) is an independently owned mental health practice founded in Massachusetts in 2013. We specialize in women-centered behavioral health treatment, offering services in a private, safe, and welcoming environment.
We provide comprehensive mental health care throughout New England via both telehealth and in-person sessions. Our services are designed for women, female-identified, and nonbinary individuals ages 16 and older who are experiencing mood-related disorders, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.
Our approach is strength-based and collaborative. We focus on building upon each individual’s existing strengths to support healing, resilience, and growth — helping you move toward your best life and truest self.

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Attachment issues - Development of effective relational and communication skills; insight into family attachment patterns;fostering healthy family relationships.
Bipolar disorder - Developing coping and preventive strategies to stabilize extreme mood swings, including manic and depressive episodes; increasing effective strategies to regulate emotions and maintain a healthy daily routine
