Dr. Katelyn Henault is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. She believes that everyone is unique and therefore, their treatment must be uniquely tailored to each specific person in order to be effective. She utilizes numerous treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and relational therapies.
With her person-centered, collaborative, and personalized approach, Dr. Henault treats a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, women’s issues, and general existential concerns. She believes it is important to consider all of what makes you, you in order to solve any issues and considers all aspects of an individual when working together. She strives to create a supportive therapeutic environment to help work through and navigate any issues in order to help you align with your values and become your best self.
Dr. Henault received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College. She completed her APA internship and her Postdoctoral Fellowship at LifeStance Health, where she provided therapeutic services to children, teens, and adults across the lifespan in the outpatient clinic.
