Together we will work to better understand yourself, your relationships, and your goals. From addiction to parenting challenges - we will compassionately investigate roadblocks, maladaptive patterns and sources of strength to rebuild new healthy habits. My work centers on the value of relationships and the belief that everyone is able to benefit from therapy. If a relationship caused the wound, the only way to heal in through a healthy attuned relationship.
