Professional statement

Sometimes, the words we need just don’t exist yet. As an art therapist and psychotherapist, I help adults navigate life’s complexities—from anxiety and relationship shifts to neurodivergence and identity exploration—by bridging the gap between what we feel and what we can say.

If you’ve ever felt "stuck" in traditional talk therapy or find it difficult to articulate your inner world, I offer a gentler, more intuitive path forward. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and person-centered. We’ll blend reflective dialogue with creative expression, using art as a powerful tool for insight and emotional regulation. Whether we’re utilizing CBT and DBT skills or diving into guided art prompts, every session is tailored to your unique pace. No artistic skill is ever required—just a curiosity to explore.

Message to clients

My mission is to provide an affirming, person-centered space where you can explore your inner world at your own pace. No "artist" label required—just a willingness to use creativity as a pathway to insight.

The Vibe: Collaborative, intuitive, and grounded in clinical expertise.
