Professional statement

Kelisha LaGrone, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with individuals navigating grief, anxiety, relational wounds, and the deeper transitions of identity and purpose. She provides therapy for those who feel called to reclaim their voice, heal attachment patterns, and reconnect with their bodies as sacred ground for transformation. Kelisha specializes in supporting women, highly sensitive individuals, and those carrying intergenerational trauma who are ready to live with more freedom, softness, and self-trust.

Her approach is warm, intuitive, and integrative—drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic psychology, depth therapy, and spiritual reflection. Kelisha helps clients explore the wisdom of the body and the stories beneath their symptoms, guiding them toward greater inner alignment and self-leadership. Sessions often weave together mindfulness, breathwork, and parts-work to create a compassionate space for insight, release, and renewal.

Kelisha earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and holds dual licensure in California and Texas. Her work is informed by years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, relationship challenges, and spiritual awakening. With a background that bridges clinical skill and soulful inquiry, she meets each client with reverence for their unique path of healing.

Kelisha offers virtual sessions for clients located in California and Texas. Her sessions are available by appointment and can be accessed through secure telehealth platforms, allowing clients to receive care in the comfort of their own home. She currently welcomes new adult clients for individual therapy and offers limited legacy spaces for ongoing clients.

Message to clients

Therapy with me is a space to come home to yourself. I believe healing happens when we slow down enough to listen—really listen—to what the body, heart, and spirit have been trying to say. My hope is to create a space where you can bring your full humanity: the parts that are tender, tired, hopeful, and ready for something new. Together, we’ll explore not just what’s painful, but what’s sacred and alive underneath it.

I work best with clients who are curious about their inner world and open to deeper reflection. Our sessions are not about quick fixes, but about cultivating awareness, compassion, and self-leadership. You’ll be supported in learning how to regulate your nervous system, connect with your inner voice, and build relationships rooted in truth and self-respect.

Starting therapy is a brave act of remembrance—remembering that you are worthy of care, rest, and belonging. My role is to walk alongside you with presence and respect as you learn to trust yourself again and live from a place of grounded wholeness.
