Message to clients

I am a psychotherapist who brings both professional training and lived experience into the therapy room, grounding my work in the belief that your experiences deserve care, attention, and respect. I work with individuals and couples, with a particular focus on the emotional landscape of parenthood and the perinatal period. Pregnancy, birth, and early parenting can stir up unexpected emotions, and I aim to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel understood and empowered as they navigate these transitions.

Many of the people I support are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, or heightened stress—often connected to fertility challenges, pregnancy, birth experiences, or the demands of early parenthood. I have extensive experience working with traumatic or complicated births, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, grief and loss, and relationship concerns. I also provide couples therapy, helping partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection using research-informed approaches.

My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and highly individualized. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Level II Gottman Method Couples Therapy, with additional training in DBT, motivational interviewing, and perinatal mental health. In addition to client work, I offer clinical supervision and am committed to supporting the development of thoughtful, ethical clinicians. Whether you are moving through the complexities of parenthood or facing other life challenges, I’m here to support you with care, skill, and authenticity.
