Professional statement

Kelsea Pelletier is a licensed therapist living in the wild beauty of Montana, offering virtual sessions to clients near and far. One of her guiding truths comes from Esther Perel: “The quality of our life depends on the quality of our relationships.”

Kelsea is devoted to helping people heal their relationships — not just with others, but with the many parts of themselves. Her clients are often deep feelers, empaths, cycle breakers, or soul-searchers who grew up with narcissistic caregivers or partners and have spent years over (or under)-functioning in a culture that rewards disconnection. Now, they’re waking up to the quiet ache of anxiety, burnout, and longing for something more deeply aligned.

Many arrive in her care feeling lost, overextended, and unsure of who they truly are or what they want. Kelsea walks alongside them as they learn to turn inward — building the insight, nervous system safety, and self-trust needed to return home to themselves.

Her therapeutic style is intuitive, compassionate, collaborative and non-pathologizing. She draws from a blend of evidence-based and integrative, trauma informed approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centered Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory — always with the belief that each person holds innate wisdom and the capacity to heal.

Kelsea has worked with clients across the globe, supporting adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. She is currently accepting online clients only. Reach out to connect or join her waitlist — your next chapter starts here.

Message to clients

A core part of healing is having a space where you feel you have the capacity to be fully seen and heard. I’m committed to offering unwavering respect and meeting you with open heartedness, wherever you are on your journey. Together, we’ll move at a pace and tone that feels right for you. I deeply value the importance of fit and open communication, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe not only to be your full self — but also to offer feedback, knowing your voice matters here.

Another core part of being able to work together is knowing where you stand with your insurance policy. If you aren't aware of what your specific policy includes in terms of out of pocket pay or co-payment, please be prepared to make a short phone call to your insurance company as to be fully informed and prepared to begin our work together.

Often my clients come to meetings simply as they are whether it be just waking up from out of bed or after a long day at work; it's up to you as to how to decide to show up but know that it's all welcome. Privacy is however an absolute must so please make sure you are in a private space when we meet. Feel free to bring pen and paper as well as many clients further their growth process with note-taking mental homework invitations.
