Kelsea Pelletier is a licensed therapist living in the wild beauty of Montana, offering virtual sessions to clients near and far. One of her guiding truths comes from Esther Perel: “The quality of our life depends on the quality of our relationships.”
Kelsea is devoted to helping people heal their relationships — not just with others, but with the many parts of themselves. Her clients are often deep feelers, empaths, cycle breakers, or soul-searchers who grew up with narcissistic caregivers or partners and have spent years over (or under)-functioning in a culture that rewards disconnection. Now, they’re waking up to the quiet ache of anxiety, burnout, and longing for something more deeply aligned.
Many arrive in her care feeling lost, overextended, and unsure of who they truly are or what they want. Kelsea walks alongside them as they learn to turn inward — building the insight, nervous system safety, and self-trust needed to return home to themselves.
Her therapeutic style is intuitive, compassionate, collaborative and non-pathologizing. She draws from a blend of evidence-based and integrative, trauma informed approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centered Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory — always with the belief that each person holds innate wisdom and the capacity to heal.
Kelsea has worked with clients across the globe, supporting adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. She is currently accepting online clients only. Reach out to connect or join her waitlist — your next chapter starts here.
