Khloe takes a person-centered approach, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness techniques. She works with clients navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Grounded in a whole-health perspective, Khloe recognizes the connection between mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual well-being. She believes that addressing all dimensions of wellness allows clients to create lasting change and thrive both in and outside of the therapy room.
With a background in the arts alongside her clinical training, Khloe incorporates creativity, empathy, and flexibility into her therapeutic work. She encourages clients to engage with their own strengths, explore their unique stories, and cultivate self-awareness, fostering personal growth in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, ensuring that each client feels supported in setting goals that are meaningful to them.
Outside of her clinical work, Khloe enjoys experimenting with new recipes, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and feeding her curiosity through lifelong learning. These interests inform her practice by keeping her grounded, open-minded, and connected to the joys of discovery and creativity. Through her work, Khloe aims to support clients in navigating life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and a greater sense of balance and well-being.
