Message to clients

My clients and students value health, self-renewal and self-discovery, and believe that each of us plays an essential role in our healing. I use meditative, gentle and brief techniques that: 1) Help you discover patterns of thinking, feeling and action, 2) Make emotions feel safe, uncovers core beliefs and images; 3) Utilize the innate wisdom of the body; and 4) Open new life choices. Most of my work is with individuals suffering from stress, grief, depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, relationship difficulties, pain conditions, and sleeping and eating difficulties.
