Landon’s clients often find themselves torn between wanting to be present and yet also wanting to check out/distract. By providing a safe, compassionate space, Landon helps clients uncover their deepest truths, reconnect with their purpose, and build the lives they aspire to lead.

Grounded in an authentic, heart-centered approach, Landon helps use a blend of Jungian Psychology, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and gestalt therapy to support clients in cultivating a loving and empowering relationship with themselves. He believe's that a loving self relationship is the foundation for success in both personal and professional pursuits. Sessions may involve processing unresolved trauma, developing practical coping skills, and exploring effective self-care strategies.

Landon offers teletherapy (online) sessions and provides flexible scheduling to accommodate busy lifestyles. He is committed to helping clients feel heard, valued, and supported on their journey. For those ready to step into their full potential, Landon would be honored to walk alongside you.

Message to clients

I work with thoughtful, sensitive individuals who carry parts of themselves that have been hurt, hidden, or left behind. In our work together, I offer a compassionate space to explore your inner world—your longings, your grief, your joy, and the ways you may have learned to protect yourself by disconnecting or shutting down. Together, we’ll begin to build the safety and capacity needed to turn toward what’s been avoided and move with more presence and choice.

My approach is relational and somatically grounded. I believe healing happens not through force, but through curiosity, connection, and trust—especially with the parts of you that feel the most vulnerable. This work is not about fixing or perfecting yourself, but about coming into deeper relationship with who you already are. I’m here to walk beside you as you gently lay down the burdens you’ve carried for too long.

Wherever you are in this moment, I invite you to pause. Take a deep breath. Acknowledge the strength it takes to even consider doing this work. That, in itself, is a meaningful step. If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to offer support. Reach out anytime. I’d love to connect and see if working together feels right for you.
