Professional statement

I work primarily with individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community who are navigating life’s challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. Many of the clients I support are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and want a therapeutic space where they can be fully authentic without fear of judgment.

My approach is warm, affirming, and trauma-informed. I integrate mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and evidence-based trauma-informed techniques to help clients build emotional resilience, increase self-awareness, and develop coping strategies that align with their personal values and goals. Therapy with me is collaborative and individualized, honoring each client’s unique experiences and strengths.

Message to clients

Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve ever felt unseen or misunderstood. I want you to know that you deserve a space where your identity, experiences, and emotions are respected and valued. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate environment where you can explore what you’re going through at your own pace.

I hope our work together helps you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in who you are, and better equipped to navigate life’s complexities. Whether you’re working through past trauma, exploring identity, or seeking tools to manage anxiety or depression, I’m here to support you with care, empathy, and personalized guidance. You don’t have to do this alone—let’s work together to empower your path forward.
