Professional statement

Lindsay Rosser, LMFT, works with adults who feel stuck despite appearing “fine” on the outside. Many of her clients are capable, thoughtful, and used to showing up for others, but internally struggle with anxiety, overthinking, emotional disconnection, or repeating relationship patterns. They may have done therapy before and gained insight, yet still feel like something deeper hasn’t shifted.

Her approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Lindsay integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy to help clients process unresolved experiences at both the emotional and nervous system level. This work supports clients in understanding not just why they feel the way they do, but in actually shifting the patterns that keep them stuck leading to greater clarity, calm, and self-trust.

Lindsay’s work is grounded in trauma-informed and attachment-based principles. She helps clients explore the deeper roots of anxiety, self-doubt, and relational patterns with curiosity and compassion, while also offering practical tools for navigating daily life. Many clients find that this integrative approach allows them to move beyond insight alone and experience meaningful, lasting emotional change.

Lindsay provides online therapy for adults throughout California, offering a flexible and supportive space for clients to engage in this work from wherever they are. She often works with individuals who are ready to understand and change long-standing patterns rather than continue repeating them.

Message to clients

If you’re considering starting therapy, you may already have a sense that something isn’t quite working the way you want it to. You might understand your patterns logically, but still find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. You might be dealing with anxiety that spikes unexpectedly, feeling stuck in patterns in your relationships, or navigating something deeply personal like infertility. You don’t have to figure this out on your own.

In our work together, I take an active, collaborative approach. I won’t just sit back and listen—I’ll help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and guide you toward meaningful change. We’ll look at the deeper roots of what’s going on, while also giving you practical ways to feel more grounded, clear, and in control in your day-to-day life.

My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself without feeling judged or rushed. Over time, many clients begin to feel more at ease in their own minds and bodies, more confident in their relationships, and less driven by anxiety or old patterns. If you’re ready for that kind of change, I’d be glad to support you in the process.
