Professional statement

Throughout my years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have cultivated a diverse skill set that allows me to connect with clients across different age groups and backgrounds. My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a safe and empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and stressors. Specifically, I am adept at utilizing therapeutic techniques that include cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths perspective, and family system perspective.

I have a deep passion for promoting mental and emotional well-being; coupled with extensive experience working with children, adults, families, and couples. I am confident in my ability to assist the client on their journey to healing.

Message to clients

I have over 17 years of experience working with children, adults, and families. One of my strengths lies in my interpersonal skills which allows me to build trusting relationships with clients and establish rapport quickly. I create a safe space for individuals to express their concerns openly by actively listening and fostering a non-judgmental environment. Hence I collaborate closely with my clients, involving them in decision making processes and tailoring interventions to to meet their specific needs. This client centered approach enhances personal growth.

I frequently utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Techniques. This theoretical approach teaches clients coping skills for dealing with different problems. For example, it focuses on how your thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes effects your feelings and actions. During treatment, I will assist you with learning how to challenge negative thinking patterns to enhance overall well-being.
