Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor in the state of NJ.

I work with adult clients in need of support. Those with depressive symptoms, anxiety, relationship problems, and notice mood changes. People who are looking to build skills surrounding challenging life transitions and/or daily habits. Do you notice issues within their relationships? I can help with relationship struggles whether it be familial, at work, your partners, or within friendship groups. Life can get tricky and if we keep doing what we are doing without much success, working with a therapist may help with support and skillset.

I have certifications from William Glasser International and Albert Ellis Institute for a foundation in theory to better serve my clients. I am part of Chi Sigma Iota as well as the American Counseling Association. I have a focused interest in the study of wellness in regard to the mind body connection.

My office is located in Eatontown NJ or I am available virtually throughout the state of New Jersey.
