Professional statement

I am licensed in New York and Massachusetts and bring over 8 years experience to my work. I value providing a supportive and collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

I work with both adolescents and adults from a diverse range of backgrounds and communities. I am well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness based approaches.

My approach to therapy is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique experience. Together, we work to better understand patterns, build coping skills, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Message to clients

You may find yourself overthinking, feeling overwhelmed by decisions, or questioning whether you're handling things the “right” way. You might be longing for a sense of clarity, relief, or simply a space where you can feel understood and supported in the challenges you’re facing. Therapy can offer a supportive space to slow down, gain insight, and begin moving forward in a way that feels meaningful to you.

In our work together, my goal is to help you feel empowered to make the changes you want in your life. I believe meaningful change happens when we learn to face difficult emotions with curiosity and without judgment.

I like to meet clients where they are at in their own experience. I value authenticity in the therapy space, and strive to create a warm, genuine connection where clients feel safe to explore and grow. Together, we will explore patterns and challenges so you can move toward the life you want to live.
