Professional statement

Hello, I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Social Worker and therapist who supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life stressors, and a wide range of personal challenges. I also work with clients exploring relationship concerns, trauma, grief and loss, LGBTQIA+ experiences, and self-esteem.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based care, primarily using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I focus on helping you better understand your thoughts and emotions while building practical strategies to manage what you’re experiencing day to day. I believe in creating a space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered to grow.
Together, we’ll work toward your goals in a way that feels meaningful, manageable, and aligned with your values.

Message to clients

You might be coming to therapy with something specific in mind, or you might just have a sense that something isn’t quite right. Wherever you’re starting from, that feeling matters.
In our work together, we’ll create space not just to talk through what’s been weighing on you, but to gently untangle it. We’ll look at patterns, reactions, and experiences with curiosity rather than judgment, and begin to shift things in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
I see therapy as a place where you can reconnect with yourself, especially in the moments when things feel unclear or overwhelming. You don’t need to show up perfectly or have the right words, just a willingness to begin.
If you’re looking for a supportive, affirming space where you can explore, grow, and feel more like yourself again, I’d be glad to connect.
