I believe in creating a warm, conversational, and supportive environment where you feel safe enough to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. I don’t believe therapy has to be cold or clinical. I’ll be focused on building a genuine connection with you because I believe healing happens through relationships, trust, and feeling truly seen.

As your therapist, I will bring a variety of evidence-based tools into our work together, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems therapy. But more than that, I will listen. While I bring expertise in mental health, I see you as the expert on your own life. My role is to help you organize your thoughts, stay focused on your goals, and support you as you move toward balance, healing, and self-acceptance.
