Megan provides a warm, supportive, and person-centered therapeutic space for adults 18 and older. She believes that each client is the expert of their own experience and works collaboratively to tailor treatment to their unique needs, strengths, and goals.
Her approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients build insight, develop practical skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Megan has experience supporting individuals with ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, specific phobias, trauma, women’s issues, and those within the LGBTQ+ community.
