Professional statement

Megan provides a warm, supportive, and person-centered therapeutic space for adults 18 and older. She believes that each client is the expert of their own experience and works collaboratively to tailor treatment to their unique needs, strengths, and goals.

Her approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients build insight, develop practical skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Megan has experience supporting individuals with ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, specific phobias, trauma, women’s issues, and those within the LGBTQ+ community.

Megan’s goal is to help clients feel more grounded, capable, and connected to the lives they want to lead. She is committed to offering compassionate, nonjudgmental care and welcomes anyone ready to begin their therapeutic journey.

Message to clients

My hope for every client is that they feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey. I believe that healing happens in a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. My goal is to create that space for you—a place where you can show up exactly as you are and know that your experiences matter.

I am committed to walking alongside you as you gain clarity, strengthen your coping skills, and build a deeper sense of confidence and self-understanding. Through a person-centered approach, informed by ACT and CBT, I aim to help you develop practical tools while also fostering acceptance, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.

Above all, I want therapy to feel collaborative, empowering, and grounded in your unique goals. I am here to support you as you navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and move toward a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. You don’t have to do this alone—and I look forward to supporting you every step of the way.
