Professional statement

I holds a master’s degree in social work from Capella University and has received specialized training in EMDR therapy through EMDRIA. I am passionate about mental health and dedicated to helping clients move beyond the challenges that keep them from living their fullest lives.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and flexible, drawing from EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). This allows me to provide both short-term crisis stabilization and comprehensive long-term support tailored to each client’s needs.

Message to clients

With warmth and compassion, I honors the courage it takes to seek therapy and creates a safe space for clients to explore, heal, and grow. I believe in partnering with clients on their journey toward resilience, well-being, and lasting change. I am available for online therapy sessions with clients anywhere in Washington State, making care accessible no matter where you are.
