Message to clients

On the outside, you are capable, responsible, and high-functioning. On the inside, you might feel anxious, self-critical, or stuck — unsure how to quiet your mind or move forward.

Maybe your thoughts rarely slow down. You replay conversations, anticipate the worst, second-guess yourself, or feel constant pressure to get it “right.” If you’ve experienced trauma, painful memories or negative beliefs about yourself or others may still shape how safe, confident, or in control you feel.

You’ve learned to push through, but it’s exhausting. You may overwork, isolate, try to control everything, or avoid what feels overwhelming.

Psychotherapy offers another way.

In our work together, we’ll take a structured, collaborative approach to understanding and changing the patterns that keep you stuck. Drawing from decades of scientific research, I use interventions that have been carefully developed and tested to help people calm their nervous system, shift unhelpful beliefs, and respond to stress with greater resilience.

Meaningful change is possible. If you’re ready to explore a different way forward, I invite you to reach out.

This has been made into the new Federal "No Surprises Act" law starting January 1, 2022. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate from your healthcare provider, in writing, for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Please visit the CMS No Surprises Act website or contact me for more information.
