Message to clients

I have personally been in therapy for over 25 years and know that being vulnerable is a skill that you have to develop. I will work with you at your own pace and provide a nurturing space for you to grow. My hope is that you unlock patterns that help you in your everyday life and patterns that no longer serve you. You will use your Wise Self to achieve your goals and I will accompany you through this process utilizing the following:

Empathy: Understanding and sharing your feelings.

Unconditional positive regard: Accepting and valuing you, regardless of behavior.

Authenticity: Being genuine and sincere in our interactions.

Active listening: Pay full attention to what you are saying

I look forward to working with you,

Warmest regards,

Meredith
