Message to clients

I believe meaningful change happens through intentional, collaborative conversation. I offer a supportive space where we can explore your experiences, uncover patterns, and gain insight that leads to clarity and growth. Through a creative and reflective approach, I help you develop new perspectives, strengthen emotional balance, and navigate life and relationships with greater intention.

In the first session, we will focus on an assessment, which is essentially a time for gathering important information about your background, current concerns, and overall goals. While this session is primarily focused on understanding your unique situation, it also provides an opportunity for us to connect, build rapport, and begin discussing the patterns that may be influencing your life. Together, we’ll explore your goals for therapy and start to develop a clear direction for treatment, ensuring that our work together is meaningful and tailored to your needs.
