Myrna is particularly passionate about serving working women, and wives. She also have advanced training in the area of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Myrna is trained in Psychodynamic, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Somatic therapy, in which I use supportive converations to look at how patterns of interaction have developed and change perspectives to strengthen connections outside of session. In session, Myrna focuses on use of breathing, somatic rhythm movements, grounding exercises and behavioral modeling. This approach supports clients to feel more present, relaxed in their body, and able to think more clearly..
