I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 36 years of experience supporting individuals across all stages of life. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of mental health settings, helping people navigate challenges related to relationships, emotional well-being, and life transitions.
My training at Cornell University and Marywood University, combined with decades of clinical experience, has shaped an approach that is both flexible and deeply personalized. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, tailoring our work to what has proven to be most effective in helping people create meaningful change.
I believe therapy is a space to explore, reflect, and build a stronger foundation for your mental and emotional health. My goal is to support you in gaining insight, strengthening your resilience, and moving toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. I am also in-network with many major insurance plans, and for those with coverage, billing is handled directly so you are typically only responsible for a copay.
