Professional statement

***I do NOT provide medication management!***

I see clients in NY, SC, and FL. My ideal client is one who is as committed to putting in the work for therapy as I am. I put my best foot forward in sessions and expect my clients to be intent on collaborating with me achieve their goals. It is my hope that you have come to me with an open mind and an understanding that you get what you put into our sessions.

I specialize in treating clients with OCD. I've also worked with many individuals with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. I use ERP, talk therapy, person-centered, mindfulness, and CBT techniques like thought reframing and meditation.

I’ve spent my life working to be the best version of myself to help people struggling with their mental health. Through the therapeutic techniques I’ve learned, I can now use my knowledge to work with those in need so they can reach their best selves too.
