Nichole Cobb is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Divine Collective Wellness, an integrative psychotherapy practice serving adults across California. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, life transitions, as well as questions of identity and meaning. Many of her clients are thoughtful, self-aware individuals who may appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in deeper emotional patterns.
Nichole’s approach to therapy is both trauma-informed and integrative. She combines evidence-based clinical practices with mind-body awareness to help clients understand how emotional patterns, nervous system responses and early attachment experiences shape their lives. Her work draws from modalities such as EMDR, attachment-based therapy, internal family systems, somatic approaches and psychodynamic exploration. She also incorporates mindfulness and nervous system regulation practices to support clients in developing greater emotional balance and self-understanding.
Clients often seek Nichole’s work when they are ready for deeper healing rather than quick fixes. In therapy, she creates a supportive and collaborative space where individuals can explore difficult experiences, gain clarity about long-standing patterns and reconnect with their sense of purpose, authenticity and emotional resilience.
Nichole holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and has completed advanced training in trauma treatment and integrative mental health approaches. Through her practice, Divine Collective Wellness, she offers psychotherapy that honors both the psychological and mind-body dimensions of healing. She provides virtual therapy sessions for adults throughout California.
