Trauma can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, and unsure if you can trust yourself—but healing is possible.
Sometimes anxiety crashes in waves, sometimes you feel numb, like life is happening around you but not inside you. There’s a voice inside that questions your worth, that whispers the pain is your fault. Memories of difficult experiences linger, making safety and presence feel impossible. It’s like you’re watching life through a foggy window, unsure how to fully step into yourself again. You’re here because you want to reclaim your sense of safety, trust yourself, and live fully as the confident woman you are meant to be.
I specialize in helping women heal from trauma with EMDR Therapy. Sessions move at your pace, honoring your story while gently guiding you toward freedom from old patterns, trauma, and beliefs that no longer serve you. We work not just to manage symptoms, but to actually release what’s been holding you back. This is a warm, grounded, and respectful space.
