Message to clients

I am a social worker with experience working with both adults and children in a variety of settings. My background includes supporting people with substance use concerns, relationship and family issues, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have also facilitated group therapy, provided crisis support, and done case management, which helps me understand the bigger picture of what clients are juggling in their day-to-day lives.

I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing and focus on a client-centered, strengths-based approach. My style is holistic—I consider your physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual well-being as we work together. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and support you in moving toward the life and goals that matter most to you.

Life will always bring storms, but therapy can help you feel more prepared instead of overwhelmed. Our work together gives you space to manage your mental health on your own terms and reclaim a sense of control. I want to help you shift from feeling like life is just happening to you, to feeling like you have a say in what happens for you.
