Hi, I’m Nightingale, and I’m honored to walk alongside individuals of all ages and backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, or relationship difficulties, I’m here to support you with compassion and understanding. I believe that everyone’s journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs, offering a variety of therapeutic modalities that are designed to help you heal and grow.
It’s important to me that you feel supported every step of the way. My goal isn’t just to help you overcome the challenges you're facing, but to help you connect with your inner strength, develop healthy coping strategies, and cultivate the resilience you need to move forward in life. I draw from a variety of approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care, so you can experience the benefits of therapy in a way that feels right for you.
Outside of therapy, I find peace and inspiration in photography, spending time in nature, traveling to new places, and connecting with my family and friends. These passions help me stay grounded and present, qualities I bring into each session to create a calm, nurturing space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
I deeply value creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted for exactly who you are. My focus is to foster a safe, inclusive, and culturally sensitive environment where you can explore your feelings, process past wounds, and begin to rebuild a sense of self. Therapy can be a transformative experience—one that helps turn struggles into opportunities for growth, healing, and empowerment.
