Nina specializes in a variety of issues like anxiety, depression, loneliness, perfectionism, trauma, family conflict, relationship issues, etc. Nina also helps clients connect the mind and body in therapy by integrating somatic techniques with traditional talk therapy. Invite Life Counseling uses modalities such as IFS, CBT, brainspotting etc. to help clients get tailored care.
Nina works with a variety of clients and "clicks" best with clients in emerging adulthood (17-22) and early adulthood (22-30). Invite Life Counseling works with all genders and backgrounds.
Nina received her Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Nina has had experience working with children with autism during her time as an RBT before going into clinical therapy. During her master's program, she completed her internship at Offutt Air Force Base working with active-duty military with trauma. Nina has worked in an agency setting helping those with major mental illnesses and gained experience in a group private practice setting as well.
The office is located in a business park near Charles Schwab and is south of West Dodge Road on 108th street. Invite Life Counseling's door is on the south side of the building, is unmarked on the glass door next to "Paramount Psychiatry".
