I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to support your growth. In our sessions, we'll explore the roots of your struggles, notice how thoughts and emotions interact, and practice skills to bring internal power and clarity. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel deeply understood and empowered to create lasting change.

Stress management - Strengthening effective ways of coping with the stress of life and change; managing expectations of self and others
