Creating room to discover who you are—and allowing yourself to grow in the environment you’re in—is essential. I work with individuals exploring concerns related to minority identity, immigrant-family expectations, being a child of immigrants, cultural imposter syndrome, trauma, major life transitions, and mental health challenges, including the shame and stigma that often accompany them.
I have extensive experience supporting college and graduate students, including many international students adapting to life in the United States and the pressures of higher education. I am also dedicated to helping women who are planning for pregnancy, coping with fertility or infertility issues, adjusting to motherhood, and navigating experiences of domestic violence or sexual assault. I support adults facing relationship challenges, career or life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and existential questions. My approach is eclectic—drawing from multiple therapeutic methods, including EMDR—to tailor treatment to each person’s unique experiences, goals, readiness, and needs. My work centers on understanding and addressing the impact of various forms of trauma.
Choosing a therapist can feel daunting and overwhelming. Many of us reach points in life where emotional struggles require professional support. My priority is to be approachable and responsive to my clients’ needs. I’m here to walk alongside you and support the choices that feel right for your life.

Frequency of sessions this provider offers to see clients once you are an established client.
If your health insurance is not listed above, your insurance may provide out-of-network mental health coverage. This means that you can see someone outside of your plan, and your insurance will reimburse you. I can provide you with paperwork (Super bill) for you to submit to your insurance to be directly reimbursed.
It is important to understand your insurance plan and know whether you are eligible for it. It's recommended to review your plan in detail or talk with your insurance company directly.
I also accept payments made through health savings plans (HSP) and flexible spending accounts (FSA). Payments can also be made through electronic transfer or credit.
I provide income-based discounts through sliding scales, which can lower therapy fees. However, availability is limited and discounts will be considered when openings arise.
