Professional statement

Hi, I’m Noa. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who provides compassionate, evidence-based support to children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, and the challenges that come with relationships and life transitions. I have extensive experience working in schools and community settings, where I’ve supported children, teens, and young adults through individualized counseling, group therapy, crisis intervention, and social-emotional curriculum development and programming.

My approach is warm, relational, and tailored to each client’s needs. I aim to help children, teens, and young adults build resilience, confidence, and practical coping skills while fostering healthy relationships and overall well-being. I also partner closely with families, offering guidance and support to create collaborative, growth-oriented environments.

I offer remote telehealth sessions, providing flexible and accessible care for clients and families across Massachusetts.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Simmons University School of Social Work, and my Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Sociology, magna cum laude, from Brandeis University.

Message to clients

It is a big step to start therapy, and it can feel overwhelming, especially if you are feeling anxious, stuck in repetitive thoughts or behaviors, or weighed down by self-doubt. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and personal challenges. I have worked in diverse settings, including schools and community programs supporting individuals at different developmental stages. I help clients navigate anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, identity development, and major life transitions.

In therapy, we will work together to understand what’s happening for you, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies and coping skills to move forward. We will use evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, helping you build clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of control over your life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in empathy. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and less alone, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right. Whether for yourself or your child, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for growth and change.
