Professional statement

Nora brings 15 years of experience as a medical and perinatal massage therapist, where she learned to listen deeply—not just to what’s said, but to what the body communicates. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and works through a social justice lens, honoring the ways our identities, relationships, and systems shape our lived experience.

She believes healing happens through both insight and embodiment. Sometimes that means talking things through, building skills, and making sense of patterns using approaches like DBT, parts work, and psychodynamic therapy. Other times, it looks like slowing down and paying attention to what’s happening in your body—breath, movement, sensation; some wisdom can't be spoken.

Nora shows up as both grounded and human in the room—someone who will support you, be real with you, and gently challenge you when it matters. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s helping you feel more regulated, more connected to yourself, clearer in your boundaries, and more able to show up as who you actually are in your relationships.

Nora works with teens, adults of all ages and couples throughout California via a secure telehealth platform.

Message to clients

Maybe you’ve always felt like you see the world a little differently than most and have never quite fit in; maybe the distress from struggling to identify where your needs end and those of others begin is showing up as anxiety or depression... You’re looking for a therapist who supports you as a whole person, without judgment—someone who can challenge you when it’s helpful, and who can also share in the laughter and the tears along the way. You’ve come to the right place.

I enjoy working with clients who have complex trauma backgrounds, and those who would benefit from working on relationship issues, boundaries, people-pleasing, and self-worth. Neurodivergents, kinksters, and non-monogamists are all welcome–your identity, history and ways of being will be respected. Together we can build skills, self-understanding, develop a better connection to the wisdom in your body, or explore and honor your inner world and unique personal history.
