See Nora's Details for:
Nora brings 15 years of experience as a medical and perinatal massage therapist, where she learned to listen deeply—not just to what’s said, but to what the body communicates. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and works through a social justice lens, honoring the ways our identities, relationships, and systems shape our lived experience.
She believes healing happens through both insight and embodiment. Sometimes that means talking things through, building skills, and making sense of patterns using approaches like DBT, parts work, and psychodynamic therapy. Other times, it looks like slowing down and paying attention to what’s happening in your body—breath, movement, sensation; some wisdom can't be spoken.
Nora shows up as both grounded and human in the room—someone who will support you, be real with you, and gently challenge you when it matters. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s helping you feel more regulated, more connected to yourself, clearer in your boundaries, and more able to show up as who you actually are in your relationships.
Nora works with teens, adults of all ages and couples throughout California via a secure telehealth platform.
