Professional statement

Olivia specializes in working with ambitious, high-functioning women who may appear successful on the outside but internally feel overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, or persistent self-criticism.

Many of her clients are thoughtful, driven individuals who are used to holding things together for others, yet find themselves feeling disconnected, stuck in repeating relationship patterns, or weighed down by experiences from the past. She often works with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, and body image concerns who are looking for deeper healing rather than simply coping with symptoms.

Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and integrates mind-body work to support healing at the level of the nervous system. While insight and reflection can be helpful, she believes meaningful change often happens when clients are able to connect with both their emotional and physical experiences. In therapy, she helps clients gently explore how past experiences may still be shaping their present patterns, while also building tools for nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and greater emotional awareness.

Clients often come to her after having tried to “think their way” out of their struggles without lasting relief. Her work focuses on helping clients move beyond intellectual understanding and into deeper, embodied change. Through a collaborative and supportive process, clients begin to better understand their internal responses, develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves, and experience greater ease in their relationships and day-to-day lives.

Olivia aims to create a therapy space that feels warm, grounded, and thoughtful, where clients can slow down and explore their experiences at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Over time, many clients find that therapy helps them feel more connected to themselves, more confident in navigating life’s challenges, and less defined by the patterns that once felt impossible to change.

Message to clients

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve spent a lot of time managing on your own or trying to figure things out in your head. I want you to know that in our work together, there’s space to slow down, feel seen, and explore the patterns shaping your life without judgment or pressure. I hope that therapy feels like a collaborative and safe place where you can begin to understand yourself more deeply and connect with the parts of yourself that have been carrying the weight for too long.

I work best with clients who are ready to look beyond surface-level symptoms and are curious about how past experiences may still be showing up in their body, relationships, or sense of self. While therapy is a process, I aim to make each session feel grounding, supportive, and practical—so that you leave feeling a little lighter, a little more understood, and a little more connected to yourself.

If you’re considering starting therapy, know that it’s okay to be uncertain or to have questions. I offer a free consultation where we can talk about what’s bringing you in, discuss your goals, and see if working together feels like the right fit.
