As a licensed therapist serving Michigan and South Dakota, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My professional approach centers on helping clients develop resilience, self-understanding, and meaningful personal growth. I have extensive experience addressing challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. My therapeutic practice is deeply compassionate and tailored to each individual's unique journey. I focus on creating a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect. I specialize in trauma, and attachment issues (both children and adults). I also treat mood disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger/impulse control, (individual) relationship issues. I primarily utilize CBT, DBT-informed, EMDR, Play Therapy (and the additional use of STEM activities) and Expressive Arts Therapy.
