Philip Zuckerman is an LCSW-R. For the past twenty-five years Phil has provided psychotherapy in New York and Pennsylvania. Phil specializes in treating those suffering form anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and childhood trama. He sees clients ages 17 and up.

Mr. Zuckerman's approach to therapy is that therapy is a colaberation between client and therapist. To achieve this Phil uses Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and well as Solution Focused Therapy to help the client make benefical changes to their lives.

Each person's journey is different, and so are their needs. I believe in a client-centered approach that includes psychodynamic work, CBT, and mindfulness. That means we might process your past, brainstorm coping skills, or work on your self-esteem. It all depends on where you're at. The goal is to help you become your own best friend.
