Professional statement

Many individuals seek therapy because they feel stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, struggle with communication, or want to become a healthier version of themselves. You may find it difficult to express your needs, set boundaries, manage conflict, or maintain emotional connection in your relationships. I work with individuals navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and personal growth. I help clients improve communication, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier coping skills. Together, we work toward stronger relationships, emotional healing, and lasting change.

Message to clients

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients better understand their thoughts, manage emotions, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change.

In addition to individual counseling, I also provide Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations and letters when clinically appropriate. Reach out today for a free 15-minute consultation.
