Does your relationship feel tense, unpredictable, or harder than it should be?
You try to show up the right way, but things still go sideways. You care deeply and put in the effort, yet it doesn’t seem to land. Maybe you’ve started to wonder whether the issue is your partner—or something in how you’re showing up.
This is where I focus my work. I help clients step out of patterns of conflict, codependency, people-pleasing, enmeshment, and disconnection. You’ll learn assertive communication, how to set boundaries that hold, how to manage your anger, and how to stop sacrificing more than you can sustain.
Of course, not all struggles are relational. Many clients come in feeling stuck in their own heads—dealing with anxiety, addictions, burnout, low motivation, or habits that have gotten out of control. Others are navigating major transitions in career, identity, or family life and feel overwhelmed by the pressure.
I work with people who want real change: less overthinking, more control over their reactions, and a greater sense of balance and direction.
My approach is direct, practical, and collaborative. We won’t stay stuck analyzing the past. Instead, we’ll focus on what’s happening now and what needs to change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and 12-step principles to create a plan that fits you.
If you’re ready to take ownership of what’s not working and build something better, therapy can help you reconnect—with yourself and with the life you want to lead.
