Rebecca Cohen, EdD. LPC-S has worked in social services for over 20 years and as a counselor for over 10 years of this time. Dr, Cohen has worked with clients from various backgrounds and age ranges through her career. She often specializes in working with women.

Dr. Cohen uses techniques from several theoretical approaches. The main therapy approaches are from CBT, DBT, Solution -Focused, Reality Therapy, and even some Art Therapy.

Dr. Cohen has been a counselor for over 10 years and started her own private practice almost 5 years ago. She loves to see people improve and to help people work towards their mental health goals. Sessions are offered both as telehealth and in person. In person sessions are offered a few days a week and telehealth is open almost any time Monday - Friday.

Hello, I am so glad that you are looking into mental health care. I love working with people and seeing them grow and improve their overall life. I have worked with a variety of ages and with many issues. Currently I mainly work with preteens, teens, and adults. I often specialized in working with women on various issues. Some of the main issues I currently work with are depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, PTSD, grief and ADHD.
